Thank you to our fans and our volunteers who have helped make Lost Dogs of Wisconsin and Lost Dogs Illinois very successful in reuniting lost dogs with their owners. It has come to our attention that several “for profit” lost pet services are trying to capitalize on our name by using it, or a very similar name on Craigslist, Google Adwords and in other advertising venues. When you click on the link you are taken to their website.

You may even see an ad on this website! We use a free WordPress website and we don’t have any control over the ads that show up on it.

It may appear that we are endorsing these companies or are linked with these companies. We are not. We are a free service run entirely by volunteers. Our advice and posting service is available to anybody who has lost their dog. Some of these companies have complaints filed against them so we strongly urge owners to do some research (Better Business Bureau and other sources) before using them.
